The best meat I've ever eaten and delicious side dishes! Very friendly staff! reasonable prices! Child friendly! We will definitely eat there again on the next vacation!

We were also ripped off on November 1st, 2011! We would also have to pay the 23.90 €, although we don't have a public holiday in Lower Saxony. They wanted to rip us off again before the lockdown! We won't go there either!

And in fact, when we asked for the radio, we were told that the radio should cost € 23.90 instead of € 17.90 today due to the holiday we had complained immediately we got felt. We rarely got meat skewers, and we waited half an hour for drinks, so we ended the evening half full. Of course, there was no invoice, but it was billed to a kind of mobile phone. It is not right that you do not receive an invoice on request. Now a few words about the Carona rules. They were definitely not adhered to here. Attention rip off !!! Was there today (1.11-Sunday evening) with my family for dinner, the menu says: Sundays Rodizio for € 17.90 instead of € 23.90. When we got the bill, we were given the full 23, 90 € calculated with the hypocritical reason it would be a public holiday today ... which is demonstrably not the case in Lower Saxony. That was 54 € more ...

Caution advised, pay attention to your calculations. Went there today on November 1st, 2020, ordered a table at 5 p.m. and arrived on time. Since it is 6, - € cheaper per head from 5 p.m., the food was actually very good but hectic, cruel. The offer is only valid on Sunday from 5 p.m. and not on public holidays, today on November 1st, 2020 is a public holiday but not in Lower Saxony. We paid our bill and wondered about the amount, we were also charged the holiday bonus (€ 6). After a request and a lot of unfriendliness from the service, I was offered the entire invoice amount and should never enter the restaurant again, cheek. I asked for a written invoice, called the police and they referred me to a lawyer, sad, right? In the meantime we were standing outside with a good 10 affected people. I will definitely not go back to this poorly run restaurant.

We always like to come back to the Hacienda, the food is delicious. Happy hour is from 3pm to 4pm during the week. Then there are different dishes at half price. The staff is always friendly.

Really very disappointing ... As always, the food was delicious, but the service was very poor. You often had to wait a long time, but we didn't find that very bad as it was really busy. However, we were very disappointed by one waiter. He was very rude and ignored us. When serving and clearing it came across as if we were reluctant to serve. We were 8 people. Our plates weren't put down properly but rather thrown ... after we had finished with the meal, I asked for the bill, which answered as I walked by, "Wait a minute" without really paying attention. After we had paid our bill (over 200 € + tip) I asked for the receipt when I got up, and the only answer was "oh, why don't you say that earlier?" Whereby I thought ... how can you present your job in such an unfriendly manner to the guests. When we went around the corner, I spoke to the gentleman and said that it should be a little friendlier please .. his answer: "Be a little friendlier yourself" That doesn't work for me! After all, these people work with guests and want to present the shop as well as possible. It definitely didn't come across to me that way. I told him that I said it kindly and if he can't handle criticism then that's really not bad. He was just bullying to himself. Then I just said that I now know where I definitely won't go out to eat anymore. He: "very nice" So I'm sorry, but that's not possible! We have always loved to eat there. But that can't go well. We were there for the last time. Thanks to the waiter! :)

We have been here several times. Overall, we were always very satisfied. Always chose the buffet. Delicious! On the last visit, the service at the table didn't work out so well. After feedback to the staff, however, we all got a free drink. We will definitely come back.

One thing in advance ... the quality of the dishes is consistently ok / good, the prices reasonable. The location itself, divided into different rooms, already has the character of a large-scale restaurant ... and this is also how the friendly and helpful service acts ... tried, but somehow rushed .... Staff very nice, courteous. Food tastes good, but when asked about the exchange of vegetables, the chef unfortunately does not play along, which is rather unsightly. The added bread was unfortunately just toasted on one side, unfortunately not exactly crispy, the drinks were unfortunately too warm, here it would be better to pay attention to the cooling. nice place for hungry people - u need to order "rodizio" that where they run around with freshly grilled meat of all kinds. Additionally you can grab yourself a plate at the wide salat bar. side dishes are also "running" around inclusive fries, vegetables, shrooms and "kartoffel Ecken" fillies with cheese. The desert are, what a surprise, also running around the tables. You can get grilled pineapple and backed potatoes. Downsides: very dark - you don't see what you eat. Crowded and louder.

Summary: Service flop, Food good; Details: We had booked a table for the Rodizio at 6. We finally got the first food by 6:45! We were there as a family with a yound child, which was hungry at the time of arrival (6pm). At 6.15 we did ask the first time, when the food serving may start and we got told "soon". At 6.30 we did ask for some bread, as our kid was starving and felt really bad. We did get some garlic bread, which was more than needed. After another 10 minutes waiting, we finally started with the food. A very positive point: The food was great. That is the reason for that rating. The meat was juicy and good prepared with a perfect set of spices. the Vegetables have been made in (too much) butter (or oil), which is not my favorite, but the taste was good. I do suggest for the restaurant to work on their communication with customers. If the food is not ready at the time you have guests, you either give them the info that it may take 20 or 30 minutes until it's ready or you do tell the guests to be there at another time. The rodizio should start at 5pm, but the first time it seemed to be served was 6:40. Please tell guests, that they can be in "early", but the serving food does not start before 6:30. With that, you can set the expectations better. Thanks.
